The Role
As a Home Health Aide at Available Care, you will be the heartbeat of our care delivery — providing hands-on, compassionate support to elderly and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. You won’t just be assisting with tasks; you’ll be building trust, bringing warmth, and preserving dignity for people who depend on your presence every day.
This is not a passive caregiver role. We’re looking for someone who notices the small things — a patient’s mood, a change in their routine, a need they haven’t voiced — and takes thoughtful action. You’ll work closely with our clinical coordinators and, where applicable, with family members and other healthcare providers to ensure care is consistent, safe, and deeply personal.

Qualifications
Experience with pediatric or geriatric care populations, bilingual English/Spanish, or prior exposure to developmental disability support.
